Every agent answers to someone.

SILS is the trust layer for agent commerce. It binds every AI agent to a verified owner, holds it to a spending policy, and lets it pay with a proof instead of a wallet history.

Thousands of agent payments. One zero-knowledge proof.

Ten thousand payments. One proof.

Resolved to a verified owner

The merchant learns yes. Nothing else.

01 / The leakx402 v2, as specified today

Today, paying means showing everything.

A standard x402 payment settles with a transfer authorization that names the payer. The address is public and indexed, so every merchant can read the wallet, its balance and its history.2

SILS keeps the x402 exchange and changes what it carries. The private fields go into a zero-knowledge proof. The merchant checks the proof and learns yes. Nothing else.

02 / The gapThree open problems

Agents can pay. Merchants cannot tell who is paying.

No owner

x402 proves a wallet, not a person.

The sign-in extension proves control of a wallet. It does not prove who stands behind the agent.1

No privacy

Every payment exposes the payer.

Transfer authorizations publish the payer address on chain for anyone to index.2

No accountability

Open registries invite Sybils.

The ERC-8004 draft states that "Sybil attacks are possible." Its identities are transferable.3

The owner

Behind every agent, a verified person.

Verification happens once, off chain, with regulated partners. The chain keeps a commitment. Never the documents.

05 / How it works

Provision. Assign. Settle.

Provision a verified owner

A person or business verifies once, off chain, with regulated identity partners. The chain stores a commitment. Never the documents.

Assign agents under a policy

Each agent holds a session key bounded by the owner's policy. It never holds the owner's key. Agents cannot create agents.

Settle with a proof

The agent pays in USDC and presents a proof. Identity, proof and policy calls are free. Settlement carries the fee.

06 / Revolution Network

Designed for Revolution Network.

SILS is designing its products for Revolution V2, an Ethereum rollup on ZKsync OS, and for Revolution Name Service for .revo identities. SILS plans to operate a Revolution verifying node. The relationship with Revolution Network is planned, subject to a definitive agreement.

08 / Developers

An identity and a wallet in one MCP call.

One remote MCP server gives Claude, ChatGPT and any MCP client verified identity, agent policy, private proofs and payment. REST and SDKs cover the rest.
